Job summary

Motive is hiring a Partner Manager in Pakistan to oversee day-to-day relationships with Installation Partners and drive smooth onboarding and ongoing collaboration. You will ensure partners stay aligned with product, hardware, and SOP standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in partner management or customer success, strong communication, and experience with third-party service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/admin or related field.
• 2–4 years in partner management or customer success.
• Experience with third-party partners or service providers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of Installation Partners
• Serve as a trusted resource across installs, processes, tools, and expectations
• Ensure partners stay current on products, hardware, SOPs, and installation standards
• Support onboarding of new partners and technicians
