Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role (sales or support).
• Proficient in Salesforce and data-driven engagement planning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
• Experience with fintech and spend management a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new customers during implementation, focusing on large accounts.
• Guide customers through hardware/software setup and system training for onboarding.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely adoption and activation.
• Collaborate with support, engineering, sales, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Handle high volumes of phone and email inquiries; deliver exceptional service.
• Build customer loyalty through proactive, value-driven support.
