Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum graduation or equivalent from a recognised university.
• Master's degree and/or HR certifications preferred.
• 2 years HR experience, preferably in financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management & Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Relationship Management, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Governance and HR Legal Compliance.
• Support and coordinate with business functions to strengthen HR relationships.
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Monitor and update internal HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in responding to internal and external HR-related queries and requests.
• Prepare various HR-related reports as and when required.
