Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and periodically update the HR Quality Assurance framework and checklists.
• Ensure HR policies and SOPs are consistently applied across the bank.
• Plan and execute periodic quality reviews of HR processes.
• Conduct sample-based checks to verify accuracy and turnaround time.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with HR owners.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
