Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a seasoned Finance Lead to own the US Accounts Payable function across LATAM business units, driving end-to-end AP processes, intercompany reconciliations, and month-end close with strong controls. You will partner with regional and global teams to deliver accurate reporting and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including intercompany reconciliations.
• Experience supporting multinational entities across US and LATAM regions.
• Exposure to tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements within LATAM countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable function for US entities.
• Oversee vendor invoicing, validation, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Prepare and review intercompany reconciliations and settlements across entities.
• Manage AP aging and ensure timely payments; monitor control compliance.
• Drive month-end / year-end close activities and financial reporting for LATAM BUs.
• Provide actionable insights through variance analysis and budgeting support.
