Zusammenfassung

HR Capital Consultants is assisting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Karachi in recruiting an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to lead the people function. The role focuses on developing HR strategies, strengthening culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning talent initiatives with business goals.

Ideal candidate holds a Master’s in HRM with SHRM/CHRM/SPHR certification, 4+ years in HR leadership or 6+ years as Head of HR in regulated industries, and hands-on experience in

Qualifikationen

Masters with specialization in HRM, preferably SHRM/CHRM/SPHR certification.
4+ years in HR leadership or 6+ years as Head of HR in a reputable organization.
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated industries is preferred.

Aufgaben

Develop and implement the company's HR strategy, policies, procedures, and annual HR plans.
Lead performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, HR operations, and employee services.
Manage workforce planning, organizational development, training, and career progression programs.
Advise senior management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, organizational structure, and people-related risks.
