Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (BBA, BS, BSc or equivalent).
• 2+ years in sales within paints, building materials, construction, or B2B project sales preferred.
• Existing Karachi-based architect/developer/contractor network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Lead Generation: identify and pursue new paint projects in Karachi.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: build networks with architects, builders, developers, designers, contractors.
• Field Execution & Follow-ups: conduct market visits, attend site meetings, follow up on leads.
• Sales Conversion: turn qualified leads into Bluebird Paints sales and meet targets.
• Account Retention & End-to-End Tracking: manage projects from lead to completion and maintain relationships.
• Target Achievement: meet monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion milestones.
