Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to own client relationships and drive delivery across a growing portfolio of engagements focused on AI opportunities, workflow automation, and analytics.

You will partner with executives, manage programs from planning to delivery, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure measurable business value while addressing risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in engagement management, program/project management, business development, or related roles.
• Agency/SaaS/tech/consulting background preferred.
• Experience with mid-market businesses is a plus.
• Exceptional spoken and written English, with ability to communicate with U.S. executives.
• Strong executive presence and ability to act as a senior delivery partner.
• Sound business judgment and ability to prioritize under ambiguity.
• Comfort with APIs, software workflows, and automation concepts.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work overlapping U.S. business hours (Eastern/Central).

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and delivery across a portfolio of engagements from planning through delivery.
• Translate client needs into actionable problem statements and coordinate with internal engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and project updates; manage risks and blockers early.
• Frame updates around ROI, time saved, operational improvements and risk reduction.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement scope and corresponding value-added solutions.
