CoPilot Innovations, a remote-first AI services team, is hiring an AI Program Manager to own client engagements end-to-end across multiple accounts. You will translate ambiguous business needs into structured AI solutions and drive them through to measurable results, working hands-on with AI tools and prototypes alongside engineers.

You thrive on ownership, ambiguity, and moving quickly from idea to shipped solution.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years in consulting, product, program management, or startup operations.
• Experience managing client engagements and working with technical teams.
• Hands-on with AI tools and prototypes; familiar with LLMs and automation.
• Ability to translate vague briefs into actionable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end across multiple accounts.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to shape agents and ML systems.
• Drive POCs and early prototypes to validated outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects with structured delivery and momentum.
• Align client leadership around priorities and trade-offs.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and surface risks.
