Job summary

iSystems Ltd is seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to own AI engagements, translating business goals into prioritized backlogs and driving robust adoption. You will manage AI roadmaps, lead discovery, coordinate delivery teams, and ensure measurable value from PoC through scale.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in product roles, with 3+ years in AI/data-intensive products, and strong Agile delivery experience. Strong stakeholder management and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• 3+ years working with AI/ML or data-intensive products.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Experience owning and prioritizing backlogs based on value, feasibility and risk.
• Strong understanding of the AI delivery lifecycle (data readiness to adoption).
• Ability to translate business outcomes into AI use cases, acceptance criteria and success thresholds.
• Experience managing AI product releases across PoC, pilot, and scale stages.
• Strong understanding of data readiness and integration with AI/model development.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, client expectations, and risks.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, governance and privacy.
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills (workshops, interviews, prioritization).
• Data-literate approach to outcome measurement and adoption metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to push for decisions.
• Experience with change management, user adoption, and rollout for tech solutions.

The role involves managing AI product roadmaps, leading discovery and prioritization, coordinating delivery teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring measurable business value from PoC through scale.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, including 3+ years working with AI/ML or data-intensive products.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs based on value, feasibility, and risk.
• Strong understanding of the AI delivery lifecycle, including data readiness, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and adoption.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into AI use cases, acceptance criteria, success thresholds, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing AI product releases across PoC, pilot, and scale stages.
• Strong understanding of data readiness and integration requirements alongside AI/model development.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, client expectations, and delivery risks in environments with uncertain model performance.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, responsible AI, privacy, and governance.
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, and prioritization.
• Data-literate approach to outcome measurement, instrumentation, adoption metrics, and benefit tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge scope and drive decisions.
• Experience with change management, user adoption, training, and rollout for technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Relevant Product Management, Agile, AI/ML, or cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
