Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. invites applications for a DSA/DMA Manager in Mortgages (SULB) to scout and empanel DMA/DSAs, support end-to-end loan processing, and drive mortgage business across PAN India.

The role emphasizes building strong channel partnerships, ensuring monthly disbursement activity, and acting as the bridge between DMAs and the organization while delivering doorstep service to customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate with experience in Retail Assets especially Home Loans or Property loans.
• Exposure to Affordable segment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empanelment of DSA/DMAs in Mortgages space with focus on portfolio quality.
• Month-on-month activation in disbursements of DMAs empaneled with us.
• Serve as bridge between DMA/DSAs and the organization, coordinating with customers.
• Identify and weed out inactive/redundant DMAs through market study and collections support.
• Develop rapport with channel partners for repeat business and doorstep service.
• Work with DMAs to ensure end-to-end loan processing and policy adherence.
• Learn Mortgage processes and train DMAs to source files per policy.
• Act as Eyes & Ears of the Organization in the market for new opportunities and inform Branch Business Manager.
• Support customers end-to-end loan processing including collections in early stages.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers for asset protection.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot FinCorp for the assigned area.
