Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a Mortgage - Home Loan Operations professional to verify loan documents and process disbursements in our system, ensuring compliance with standard operating guidelines for Mortgage-Home Loans, SME LAP, and Auto Loans.

You will prepare documentation checklists, record discrepancies, and raise exceptions while maintaining strict maker-checker controls to ensure quality and accuracy in all processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–3 years’ work experience in operations.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good system skills with MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience in banking policies and credit parameters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform verification of loan documents as per SOPs for Mortgage-Home Loan, SME LAP, and Auto Loans.
• Verify disbursal documents and ensure alignment with Credit approval and SOP guidelines.
• Prepare documentation check lists and record observations/discrepancies; raise exceptions.
• Execute loan disbursals and update loan fields in the system; ensure accurate postings.
• Handle servicing requests (settlement, postponement, rescheduling, due date changes, Insurance switches).
• Maintain maker-checker controls and ensure documentation quality and transaction accuracy.
• Provide MIS updates and support SLA/TAT adherence; coordinate with onshore team.
• Assist with system issues, UATs, and ad hoc business requests.
