Job summary

Developers Den is seeking a Content Marketer who understands what moves buyers, not just what reads well. You’ll shape content for startup founders across Europe and the US, reaching them before our sales team and helping them decide who to trust with their product.

This is a marketing role first; you’ll own buyer journeys, funnel stages and credible tech storytelling, translating research and real founder problems into content that earns trust and moves opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in content marketing, ideally in tech, IT services.
• BBA Marketing degree or equivalent.
• Excellent English writing: clear, simple, human.
• Ability to research and credibly write on tech topics: AI, software, startups.
• Understands funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and ICP.
• Can manage several pieces at once without daily direction.

Responsibilities

• LinkedIn content: posts for founders and sales profiles, each in its own voice.
• Case studies: from engineer/client interviews to a design-ready draft, solo.
• Sales content: one-pagers, client-facing documents, and email templates.
• Employee branding: content that showcases engineers and culture to founders abroad.
• Research to stories: turning market insights into content that lands.
