Empirica in Pakistan seeks a Senior Associate, Content & Marketing to turn our ventures into proof that earns trust with business owners, operators and investors. You’ll shape narrative, develop on-brand social content, and ensure messages reach the right audience.

This hands-on role owns the content engine across Empirica and its ventures, reporting directly to a co-founder. You’ll work with AI tools, film at partner sites, create decks, and help close deals with compelling materials.

Qualifications

• : 2–4 years of experience in content, brand or marketing, ideally in an agency or B2B setting.
• : Excellent written English. Strong Urdu writing is a significant plus.
• : Hands-on experience producing work with AI tools. Be ready to show examples.
• : Solid design skills in Canva, Claude Design or Figma, and the ability to shoot and edit short-form video on a phone.
• : Comfortable walking into a school and interviewing a principal on camera.
• : A self-starter who manages their own week and delivers without being chased.
• : Good judgement about what works for each audience: a principal, an investor and a finance professional need different things.
• : Adaptable and able to switch between brands, formats and priorities in a single day.
• : Curious about education, technology and how businesses get built.

Responsibilities

• Field proof capture. Visit partner schools regularly to film teacher training, document student work, and interview principals. Turn that material into testimonials, case studies and proof assets.
• Sales enablement. Create and maintain decks, one-pagers, proof sheets and pitch materials. The founders own the argument; you make it clear, sharp and professional.
• Multi-brand content production. Produce writing, design and short-form video for LinkedIn, other social channels and websites.
• AI-first workflow. Use Claude, Canva and AI video tools as your default process, and keep improving how we use them.
• Content operations. Plan and deliver ongoing marketing programs, and keep all brand assets, templates and materials organised and current.
• Feedback loop. Work with the sales team to learn which materials help close deals and which don't, then improve them.
