M365Consult is seeking a hands-on Growth/Marketing Lead to shape a new mobile dating app’s product, brand and market launch. You will own content systems across websites, social, and video, and drive growth through experiments across paid, organic and community channels.

You will work closely with founders to translate market research into priorities, develop onboarding and the user experience, and build reliable AI-powered content pipelines and automations using n8n.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience launching and growing consumer mobile apps.
• Evidence of impact: decisions owned and measurable results.
• Experience contributing to product development via user research and experimentation.
• Strong brand-building ability across product and marketing.
• Exceptional practical AI skills for research, writing, design and video workflows.
• Ability to produce marketing content across formats (social, YouTube, ads).
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Knowledge of mobile acquisition, CAC and LTV.

• Automate workflows with n8n to reduce repetitive work.
• Assist future team growth and onboarding as resources scale.
