Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack web engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or agent-based systems at scale.
• Proficient in cloud and CI/CD to own end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect agent-ready systems and guardrails for autonomous workflows.
• Orchestrate parallel agent fleets and improve capabilities.
• Ship production features quickly while maintaining reliability.
• Package improvements for team-wide reuse and leverage.
• Lead senior engineers, set technical direction and review PRs.
