Job summary

IgniteTech in Pakistan seeks a forward-deployed specialist to replace traditional enablement teams with AI agent systems. You will onboard, demo, document, and train across an AI-native product suite, engineering prompts, agent workflows, and guardrails to ensure accurate, scalable enablement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with enterprise community engagement or social media management platforms.
• Experience delivering live demos, workshops, or trainings to senior executives.
• Strong editorial instinct with ability to produce audience-aware documentation and training.
• Ability to verify AI outputs against live products before delivery.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, demo, document, and train across AI-enabled products.
• Engineer prompts, agent workflows, and guardrails for autonomous enablement.
• Lead onboarding sessions for admins, moderators, and end users.
• Translate customer feedback into structured product insights.
• Contribute reusable agent configurations and workflows to shared repos.
• Produce daily work logs and weekly progress reports with demos.
