IgniteTech is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations & AI Automation Engineer to run cloud ops at enterprise scale and architect autonomous, self-healing workflows. You’ll own incidents end-to-end, champion safe changes, and craft AI-driven runbooks that reduce human toil.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in production SRE/DevOps roles with exposure to large-scale SaaS.
Responsibilities
- On-call & incident command: triage, resolve, and accelerate customer-impacting events.
- AI agent lifecycle: design, deploy, tune, and maintain autonomous agents powering pre-triage, change validation, auto-healing, RCA drafting, and permanent-fix tracking.
- Safe production execution: deployments and config changes pass gates with tested rollbacks.
- Root-cause discipline: investigate to real cause and ship prevention.
- Knowledge multiplication: document procedures so agents can retrieve them in a global async team.
