Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality assurance.
• 3+ years hands-on with test automation.
• Selenium WebDriver proficiency with POM and multi-browser execution.
• Strong programming in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation.
• GenAI experience with tools like OpenAI API, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• SQL proficiency; ability to analyze logs and visualize data.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-enhanced testing strategies to surface edge cases and auto-generate test scenarios.
• Develop and evolve Selenium automation frameworks across languages.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure validated releases.
• Mine test results, logs, and telemetry to build KPI dashboards and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape acceptance criteria and testability.
• Mentor junior analysts and evangelize GenAI-assisted practices across the org.
