Responsibilities

• Receive client handover from sales and understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and KPIs.
• Maintain ongoing communication and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs.
• Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand audience behavior, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop content strategy aligned with client goals and performance marketing objectives.
• Plan monthly content calendars including posts, stories, and campaigns for social media platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, brand-aligned visuals and copy.
• Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of content while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Support influencer and creator collaborations, including briefing, approvals, and monitoring deliverables.
• Track engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness in collaboration with performance marketing teams.
• Document client feedback and insights to continuously refine content and campaign approaches.
