Dot2Shape in Lahore is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to build a strong digital brand, plan campaigns, and drive international reach across platforms.

You will develop a clear strategy, create and publish engaging content, monitor trends with analytics, report weekly and monthly results, and collaborate with design and leadership to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital communication.
• Strong understanding of design-focused content, branding, and digital storytelling.
• Proficiency across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and others.
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Suite and Buffer.

• Develop and execute a clear social media strategy aligned with Dot2Shape's brand and design direction.
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
• Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor platform trends, analyse performance metrics, and optimise content accordingly.
• Collaborate with design and leadership teams to craft brand-focused messaging.
• Manage community engagement and uphold strong brand communication.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review and approval.

• Excellent in content creation, copywriting, and trend-awareness.
• Ability to collaborate with creative teams and maintain brand consistency.
• Basic understanding of Canva, Figma, or similar tools (preferred).
