Job summary

ERManager Consulting Services is seeking a Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. You will design graphics, monitor trends, and collaborate with the Marketing team to strengthen the brand.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or have up to 1 year of experience, with a degree in Marketing or Mass Communication, strong copywriting, and familiarity with major platforms and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of graphic designing.
• Good written communication and content-writing skills.
• Understanding of major social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
• Design creatives and graphics for posts, campaigns, and promotions.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest strategies to increase engagement.
• Track and report social media performance metrics.
• Respond to comments and messages to maintain audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and brand initiatives.
