Job summary

System Heuristics is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to own our brand voice across platforms and execute compelling campaigns. You will plan, publish, and optimize content while collaborating with design and product teams to amplify our message.

The role requires hands-on management, strong copy and visuals, and an eye for performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience interpreting analytics dashboards and generating insights.
• Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Basic graphic design or video-editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
• Understanding of influencer partnerships and community campaigns.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum marketing workflows.
