The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences. This is a full-time, on-site and night shift job.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies:
• Define social media goals and objectives that align with overall marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage social media calendars and content schedules.
• Identify and track relevant social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Analyze social media data and generate reports on performance.
• Coordinate and guide video editors and graphic designers to develop high-quality text, images, and video content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., creative, sales, customer service) to create and share relevant content.
• Community management:
• Monitor and respond to social media mentions and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with followers through comments, likes, shares, and direct messages.
• Build and maintain a strong online community.
• Identify and address potential social media crises.
• Meta Business Suit:
• Execute paid social media campaigns for Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat; monitor campaign performance; and make necessary adjustments.
• Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends:
• Research and analyze competitor social media activity.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and technologies.
• Attend industry events and webinars to expand knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in social media management.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective social media content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Good knowledge of graphic design concepts, AI Tools and video editing software is a plus.
