Job summary

Agile District in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across platforms and strengthen our brand.

You will plan content, craft captions, collaborate with design teams, optimize posts for SEO, analyze performance, and support marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, a marketing-related degree, and a keen eye for trends and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the monthly content calendar.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and other social media copy.
• Coordinate with the design and video teams to produce high-quality visual content.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Research, write, and optimize engaging blog articles for the company website to improve SEO, educate the audience, and support marketing campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement and implement strategies to grow online communities.
• Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
