WADIC is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team in Lahore. You will craft engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, combining filming, editing, storytelling, and AI-powered production tools.

The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and eager to experiment with new platforms and formats, using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to elevate brand narratives and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, videography, or related field.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing videos with a smartphone or professional camera.
• Familiar with 2–3 AI content-creation tools in real-world projects.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other formats.
• Use AI-powered tools for video generation, image creation, captions, and editing.
• Develop ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.

• Transform raw footage into polished videos with storytelling and pacing.
• Stay updated on viral trends and competitor activity.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and calendar maintenance.
• Track reach, engagement, watch time, retention, and audience behavior.
• Test emerging AI and content technologies to improve quality.
