Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced Site Manager to own end-to-end operations at a logistics site in Pakistan. You will lead warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment activities, driving productivity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement while building a safe, high-performing team.

You will manage inbound and outbound processes, oversee KPIs, and ensure service levels meet customer expectations in a fast-paced contract logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/contract logistics, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end site operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory, warehousing and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with WMS and performance-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and site operations and ensure smooth daily execution.
• Manage inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing and outbound activities.
• Drive operational excellence through planning, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper storage practices.
• Coach and develop site teams with a safety-focused culture.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to close performance gaps.
• Ensure HSSE, quality and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Manage customer requirements and service levels for consistent delivery.
• Oversee site costs/resources and identify productivity/profitability opportunities.
• Foster standardization and operational discipline across the site.
