Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Site Manager to own end-to-end logistics site operations, driving safe, efficient warehousing and fulfillment, and leading a high-performing team. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, productivity, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer service standards.

Ideal candidates bring proven experience in contract logistics and warehouse leadership, with strong skills in inventory management, WMS, and stakeholder engagement to meet service levels and drive cost

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in warehouse/contract logistics or distribution operations with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex warehouse operations with a track record of performance.
• Demonstrated leadership and development of teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processes.
• Experience working with WMS and operating performance systems/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement durable solutions.
• Customer focus and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and site operations with focus on safe, compliant performance.
• Oversee inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing and outbound fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage practices across the site.
• Coach and develop site teams, fostering safety-focused culture.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure HSSE, quality, regulatory and company standards are met.
• Manage customer requirements and service levels to maintain high delivery quality.
• Control site costs and resources, seek productivity opportunities.
• Promote standardization and disciplined operations across the site.
