Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large-scale warehouse or contract logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehousing processes.
• Experience with WMS and performance measurement tools.
• Customer-focused with stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day execution
• Manage inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing and outbound/fulfillment activities
• Drive operational excellence through planning, productivity management and continuous improvement
• Ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage practices and adherence to processes and controls
• Lead, coach and develop site teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-focused culture
• Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality, regulatory and company standards
• Manage customer requirements and service levels, ensuring high service delivery
• Manage site costs and resources effectively, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and profitability
• Drive continuous improvement and operational discipline across the site
