Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or contract logistics leadership.
• Experience with large-scale warehouse operations.
• Strong people leadership and performance management.
• Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with WMS and performance systems/tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day execution.
• Manage inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing and outbound/fulfillment activities.
• Drive operational excellence through planning, productivity management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage practices and adherence to processes and controls.
• Lead, coach and develop site teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-focused culture.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
