Join Maersk's Contract Logistics business as a Site Manager and take ownership of the end to end operations of a logistics site, driving safe, efficient and customer-focused warehouse and fulfillment operations. In this role, you will lead site performance, people, customer delivery and operational excellence, while ensuring strong execution across inventory, warehousing and fulfillment activities. You will play a key role in driving productivity, cost efficiency and continuous improvement, while building a high-performing and safety-focused team. Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in warehouse, contract logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations, preferably in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong experience managing large-scale or complex warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, team development, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing processes and fulfillment operations.
• Experience working with WMS and operational performance systems/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication, decision-making and leadership capabilities.
