Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and site operations, ensuring smooth daily execution.
• Manage inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing and outbound activities.
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement through planning and KPIs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to processes and controls.
• Coach and develop site teams to maintain safety-focused culture.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality and regulatory standards.
• Meet customer SLAs and service levels; manage costs and resources.
