Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in similar capacity with HR exposure.
• Experience leading support & services operations in MNCs.
• Strong negotiation and investigation skills.
• Experience in contract writing and reviewing terms of services.
• Knowledge of Local and International Labour Laws and Human Rights Policies.
• Experience in Human Resource Core Areas.
• Experience of handling Unionized Staff / CBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin procurement; manage quotes, PR creation, PO delivery, GRN, and ensure standards.
• Support Global Procurement in reviewing contracts with vendors and implementing terms.
• Lead scrap & waste management; coordinate with departments and service providers for availability of vehicles & labor.
• Lead employees’ transportation / fleet management; manage outsourced fleet and invoices.
• Lead laundry operations; uniforms inventory and outsourced vendor invoices.
• Lead canteen operations; menu planning, hygiene, and vendor payments.
• Lead employees monthly sampling / quota; organize sampling for festivals per policy.
• Lead plant day care; roaster management, health & safety, purchase, cleanliness and facility maintenance.
