International Rescue Committee seeks a Signpost Assistant to reply to user comments and queries, producing content driven by user requirements under Signpost guidelines. You will coordinate with partners and field teams to improve access to information for vulnerable communities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in social sciences, 6 months of content writing experience, CMS ability, and fluent English/Urdu. Pashto, Punjabi, or Sindhi skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field.
• At least 6 months experience in content writing.
• Experience moderating social media platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reply to user comments, messages, and queries per Signpost guidelines.
• Draft accurate content about civil documentation and protection programs.
• Engage users online and provide well-researched answers to queries.
• Share insights and contextual knowledge with the team.
