IRC in Pakistan seeks a Signpost Assistant to respond to user comments and queries, draft accurate content, and support information dissemination under the Signpost Lead. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field, fluency in English and Urdu, and at least 6 months in content writing.

Experience with CMS and moderating social media is a plus, with trauma-informed communication being desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field.
• At least 6 months experience in content writing.
• Ability to work on a CMS would be a strength.
• Experience moderating social media platforms is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reply to user comments and queries on social media.
• Draft accurate content and share information on civil documentation and social programs.
• Coordinate with Signpost team to ensure two-way communication and timely responses.
• Engage users online according to guidelines and develop well-researched answers.
• Share insights and feedback with the wider team.
• Stay updated with new information and attend trainings.
