Frontline Atlas LLC in Lahore is seeking a Property Management & STR Operations Specialist to manage guest communications across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other platforms, coordinating with guests, property owners, cleaners, and maintenance teams.

The role focuses on on-site operations, ensuring a smooth guest experience with strong English communication, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork to deliver exceptional service in short-term rental properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or STR operations is preferred.
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Candidates without STR experience but with excellent communication are welcome to apply.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing Short-Term Rental (STR) Operations team!

• Manage guest communications across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with guests, property owners, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and daily property operations.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience.
• Previous experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or short-term rental operations is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
