Job summary

Revtech.Space is seeking a Revenue Manager (Short-Term Rentals) to own pricing strategy and performance across OTAs for a portfolio of 313 units. This is a part-time remote role with 20–30 hours per week, with potential move to full-time after a month.

You will work with PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, PMS, and channel managers to optimize listings, track performance, and drive revenue growth while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on pricing and performance experience on OTAs such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Proficient with dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse) and PMS/channel managers.
• Portfolio management experience with a minimum of 313 units.
• Ability to analyze visibility, conversions, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy and dynamic pricing across OTAs.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with PMS and channel managers to ensure pricing sync and rate plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform decisions.
• Implement price changes and manage restrictions and availability.
• Provide strategic recommendations and contribute to revenue reporting.
