PTCL Official is seeking a results-oriented professional to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and SOP compliance while supporting revenue targets in a hybrid work environment in Pakistan. You will drive operational efficiency, develop team capabilities, and uphold the company's culture of excellence as you engage with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a HEС-recognized Bachelor's degree, strong MS Office and CRM experience, and excellent communication

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized institute.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• CRM software knowledge/experience.
• Excellent communication, both verbal & written: good negotiation, drafting and research skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure service quality standards and SOP compliance to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Improve service efficiency by optimizing operational processes, resource utilization, and turnaround times.
• Achieve commercial targets by driving revenue growth, sales performance, and overall business results.
• Strengthen knowledge management through continuous learning, product and process knowledge updates, and adherence to organizational standards.
