Job summary

Everything IT is looking for an IT Helpdesk L2+ Engineer to provide on-site support in Karachi. The candidate will be responsible for L2+ support of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 services, along with client communication and ticket management.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking, along with experience in using ticketing systems. This role involves working in a collaborative MSP environment with a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Active Directory and Group Policy management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 services administration.
• Experience in endpoint management with Intune and RMM platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2+ support for Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and manage endpoints.
• Troubleshoot networking issues and document incidents.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Communicate effectively with international clients.
