Job summary

Inspire Pakistan is seeking a Facilitation Assistant at the Multi Purpose Hub in Azakhel to support dignified service delivery. You will guide beneficiaries, help them move between service areas, and assist elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable individuals.

Under the Facility Incharge, you will maintain orderly operations, adhere to safeguarding principles, and report any security concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum intermediate qualification with a relevant diploma or certification in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in community work, service delivery, public-facing roles, or humanitarian settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear guidance to beneficiaries regarding procedures, documentation requirements, and relevant service domes.
• Assist beneficiaries in navigating between reception, distribution points, community spaces, and meeting areas.
• Support elderly persons, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, and other vulnerable individuals in accessing services.
• Respond calmly and professionally to beneficiary queries and provide appropriate direction.
• Monitor crowd flow and coordinate with Desk Operators to avoid congestion.
• Ensure prioritisation protocols are followed where applicable.
• Immediately report any disputes, disruptions, or security concerns to the Facility Incharge.
• Help maintain a safe and organised environment across facility domes.
