Job summary

Relief International in Pakistan is seeking a District MHPSS Assistant to support safe, accessible services across the assigned district's wellbeing centre, mobile clinics, community outreach and home-based activities. Under supervision, you will assist with PFA training, confidential records, and coordinated referrals while ensuring safeguarding and ethical conduct.

You will work with diverse communities, support inclusion of women and vulnerable groups, and help prepare sessions and materials,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in community/health/psychosocial programs.
• Experience with PFA and safeguarding training.
• Proficiency in local languages; basic English reading.

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants and explain services; assist appointments and reception.
• Prepare sessions, mobile clinic schedules and community activities.
• Support participation of women, vulnerable groups; adjust access as needed.
• Explain confidentiality and support informed consent and assents.
• Provide PFA under supervision and assist group/outreach activities.
• Identify and refer urgent needs to the Officer; follow plans.
• Maintain accurate records; safeguard participant information.
• Uphold RI conduct; report safeguarding concerns and follow procedures.
• Support safe remote or district travel as required.
