Ibex, for one of its international clients, is hiring on behalf of its global client for the role of Senior UX/CX Designer.

We are looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented designer to support and contribute to user-centered experiences across complex digital ecosystems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, research, and content to design seamless and intuitive user journeys. You will play a key role in shaping information architecture, user flows, and end-to-end experiences while ensuring high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and information architecture artifacts
• Translate insights from analytics, Voice of Customer (VoC), NPS, and market feedback into design improvements
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and content teams to deliver cohesive UX solutions
• Advocate for user needs and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Contribute to design discussions, critiques, and incorporate feedback effectively
• Support development of site maps, navigation systems, and information architecture structures
• Ensure designs align with usability, accessibility (A11y), and technical feasibility
• Maintain a focus on simple, seamless, and intuitive user experiences
• Support research efforts and translate findings into actionable design solutions

• Manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities effectively

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture
• Strong understanding of User Flows, Journey Mapping, and Information Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Figma, FigJam, Figma Make, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience incorporating User Research, NPS, Voice of Customer (VoC) into design decisions
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Experience building and utilizing personas for design decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting design work to stakeholdersFamiliarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience working in Agile environments (sprint planning, collaboration with product & engineering)
• Strong understanding of accessibility (A11y) standards and usability principles
• Ability to work in fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environments
