Job summary

VisionX is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with 5+ years to craft intuitive, secure, and user-centric digital products. The role requires collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences across web and mobile.

You will develop design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring accessibility and cross‑platform consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Arts, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile-first interfaces.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with minimum 5 years of professional experience, to design intuitive, secure, and user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user experience strategy, interface design, design systems, and modern web/mobile application design.

This role requires close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create seamless, compliant, and impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually engaging, and conversion-focused user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for products and workflows.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable design components to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define user experience strategies aligned with product goals, user needs, and industry best practices.
• Translate complex processes and business requirements into simple, user-friendly design solutions.
• Design dashboards, payment flows, onboarding experiences, transaction interfaces, and data visualization components with a strong focus on usability and trust.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility across all digital products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve product experience and engagement.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and user experience recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to product strategy through user-centric thinking, innovation, and data-informed design decisions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting timelines in a fast-paced agile environment.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven UI/UX design experience.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile-first interfaces.
• Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and component-based design.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced startup or product-based environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in delivering scalable and user-focused digital products.
