Job summary

Tkxel LLC is seeking a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our reloadux Studio team in Lahore, Pakistan. In this role, you will support the design process, contribute innovative ideas, and add value to exciting projects that involve AI experience.

Your primary responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with product managers and developers. Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, strong knowledge of design principles, and proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of research boards, user personas, and journey maps to inform design direction.
• Help create and maintain design systems, tokens, to ensure consistency through out the designs.
• Apply AI experience to UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) principles effectively, understanding their distinct roles.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with project objectives.
• Document design processes, implement feedback, and iteratively refine designs.

Requirements

UI/UX Designer (2-3 Years of Experience)

Core Skill Requirements

• Design Thinking: Understanding of Design thinking process & keep the designs aligned with the user-centric solution providing approach.
• UI/UX Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of fundamental UI/UX principles and the ability to differentiate and apply them effectively in design solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using design tools such as Figma, Figma make, or other similar platforms to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Create Mobile first Designs & Responsive designs. Know conversational AI experience.
• Design Systems: Basic experience in developing and maintaining design systems, tokenization to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Able to create clear design documentation, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams and phases of the project. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Incorporating Feedback: Receptive to constructive feedback, with the ability to iterate on designs based on input and insights from stakeholders and users.
• Trend Awareness: A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to refine continuously and enhance design practices.
