Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in techno-commercial sales, business development, or key account management within B2B industries.
Experience in sectors such as construction, steel, cement, pipes or industrial equipment is preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct site visits and assessments to identify customer requirements and propose technically and commercially viable solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, EPCs, project owners, distributors, and industrial customers.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and cost comparisons.
Negotiate terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and customer engagement.
Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and CRM records.
Achieve assigned sales, collection, and profitability targets.
