Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting a software product (SaaS, not generic call center work).
• Excellent English, spoken and written, on live US-hours calls.
• Experience diagnosing software problems, with APIs, integrations, logs, or admin panels.

Responsibilities
