Job summary

Netwrix is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to lead investigations into complex issues, advise enterprise clients, and mentor junior engineers. You will align with EMEA or APAC hours, with a flexible schedule reflecting our remote-first culture.

You will collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and DevOps to resolve defects, capture learnings, and improve product reliability across Netwrix solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of two or more Netwrix products.
• Hands-on coding background with C#/.NET and triage abilities.
• Solid cybersecurity practices and technologies.
• Understanding of complex environments and architecture.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis for complex, high-impact issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across customer environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and DevOps to resolve defects.
• Act as escalation point and mentor engineers.
• Create knowledge base articles and automate repetitive tasks.
