Job summary

Huzzle is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own a portfolio of client roles from kick-off through to offer accepted. You will shortlist candidates, source directly when needed, run interviews, and partner with internal teams to close roles.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role with ownership and pace. You will hit monthly placement targets, manage a healthy pipeline, and work across LinkedIn Recruiter, AI matching tools, and various sourcing channels.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency, RPO, or high-volume environments.
• Track record of hitting placement targets and managing a live pipeline.
• Fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outbound.
• Comfortable running candidate interviews and assessing fit against briefs.
• Strong client and stakeholder management with evidence-based feedback.
• Disciplined about keeping ATS/CRM data clean and updated.
• Comfortable using AI-powered matching and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client roles end-to-end from brief to placement.
• Hit monthly placement targets and maintain a live pipeline.
• Shortlist candidates using internal databases and sourcing channels.
• Source directly via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks when needed.
• Interview candidates for fit and communicate with clients on progress.
• Create and manage job ads in ATS and on external boards.
• Calibrate with clients and refine briefs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with delivery, sourcing, and account teams to progress roles.
• Keep data accurate in internal systems and surface process improvements.
