Huzzle is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency background who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

You will source, engage, and close top talent across multiple roles, handle high-volume pipelines, and maintain an exceptional candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to align role requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Proven track record in high-volume sourcing and placements.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates independently without relying on inbound applicants.
• Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong closing skills with the ability to convert candidates into hires.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with ATS or CRM systems and recruitment tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and surface candidates through non-traditional avenues.
• Qualify candidates using structured screening frameworks including familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
• Manage candidate communications and drive engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimise processes to improve speed and quality of hires.
• Confidently handle offer negotiations and close candidates effectively.
