Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top technical talent while advising hiring managers on market trends and salary benchmarks.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, building strong pipelines, and mentoring junior recruiters. Work from office with a 10am–7pm shift in DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi, to secure best-fit

Qualifications

• MA/BA in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3+ years experience in senior technical recruiting.
• Experience with multiple technical domains (QA, Dev, UI/UX, .NET, Front/Back End, iOS/Android).
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters and collaborating with HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and culture.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
• Improve recruitment processes for a high-quality candidate experience.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
• Use Workable, LinkedIn and networks to identify top candidates.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical technical roles.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and salary benchmarks.
